The 100 Women Who Care ~ Cedar Creek is a group  of women who live in the Cedar Creek Olathe subdivision.  They join to pool their resources 4xs a year to learn about and provide financial support to local charitale and non-profit organizations.  They are a "circle of giving"!  𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 was nominated by 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐧 and 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐞𝐫 (former amazing educators in the Olathe District Schools) to receive financial support from this giving circle.  Christina is a long-time [since 2010!] 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 supporter. Maureen is a new 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 supporter. Both are so passionate about breast cancer awareness.  Alison's Allies was honored to receive two awards in 2025! 

~The initial award was for $1,000!

~The second award was for  $4,600! 

~Total award = $5,600!!!

Being nominated was an honor. Receiving the financial support for a total of $5,600 was simply awesome!

The funds will be used to support 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 in the Kansas City area.  Funds will support BC screening events, including screening materials, event supplies, & mammograms for underserved KC women. The $5,600 funds from the 100 Women Who Care Cedar Creek, along with a special $1,000 donation for earning the Gamechanger Award from the KC Current & BlueKC was awarded to the Masonic Cancer Alliance who faciilitates the BC screening events!
