Alison’s Allies supports breast cancer screening, care, & research with a focus on health equity. Until 2021, funds raised by went to support the KC Susan G. Komen foundation.  75% of the funds raised remained locally, with the remainder of the funds allocated to research and other national Komen efforts.      Due to the closing of the Kansas City Susan G. Komen affiliate [one of 63 closed nation-wide], Alison decided to raise funds to benefit local breast cancer efforts.  Each year a specific local project will be selected as the recipient for Alison’s Allies fund-raising efforts!
